After getting so frustrated with all the useless online "help" I was receiving. I decided to try the local tesltra store. Sadly due to the reviews I was worried but I couldn't have been happier. I don't think we give these guys enough credit! they go above and beyond to solve everyone's problem in the one booking/session. They do have a wait because they are the only store in town but they where clearly under staffed. Instead of being inpatient we should be supporting them to help then get the staffing they need. Big thank you to Lauren!

cant talk to real person, have to waiting 3 hours to speak staff member because we want to upgrade the mobile phone. considering moving to another provider, it is the worse customer service experience and we have been Telstra customer for at least 8 yrs.
Wanted to sort out a query I had with my account. I went there on a Monday morning and was told the earliest I could talk to someone would be the following Sunday. Also am very annoyed at the way they try to push products on to you that you don't need - they get your signature then it's goodbye, they don't want to know you after that. Absolutely appalling service (if you can call it service).

Nothing against te staff their. They are obviously doing the best they can with fustrating automated services! I am trying to unlock my device and OMG talk about spending 2 hrs wasted time of my life! Do yourself a favour if you want to unlock your device dont buy a telstra locked device in the first place! Pay the little extra to have a unlocked device so you dont spend hrs on the stupid Telstra automated service! OMG I am proficient in IT I can only imagine the elderly.
New phone :-) Silly issue with new phone so booked in for DOA, found the dodgy case from ebay was the issue, no issue cancelling exchange. Friendly professional staff.
This shop could save staff and customers a lot of time if they simply put a sign out front declaring "Telatra does not need, is not interested and does not want the inconvenience of customers in regional communities" Job done
