I recently had the great fortune of getting in touch with the Telstra Business Centre at North Sydney. Jasmine who serviced me was absolutely awesome. She fixed so many of my requests, it was incredible. Transferring business accounts, setting up new accounts, closing old accounts, getting on high-speed plans. Jasmine didn't just talk, she made it happen, her execution was amazing and fast. I feel much better knowing she's there when I need her....Her service is exemplary, can't recommend highly enough!
