Just want to say commend your staff member Sacha George for her exceptional customer service. I was having difficulties with password resets , change of address and mobile payments on various account all of which I should have been able to do at home on my computer however due to COVID was unable to speak to anyone over the phone or access the websites required from home. Visited your office on several occasions and Sacha was more than helpful and accomodating. Will be coming back to purchase new phones in the coming months and will be dealing with your office in the future due to Sacha's efforts. Thanks again and more than satisfied with my outcomes.
