Both my mother and I bought our Pixel 2 and S8 through these guys WITH cases, all was going to be shipped in and given to us. At first the phones and cases were late due to restrictions on what they could get in. Then after a large wait the phones eventually turned up without the cases we ordered. Then after asking several times where our cases were they simply got angry with us and haven't heard anything from them about the cases since, it's been a whole year and our cases still don't exist apparently. Update: after posting this they contacted me and sent out my remaining items

I have been into the shop 3 times and each visit is appalling as I was not served by and staff sitting on their computers and not even acknowledging my presence in the store. Appalling for a small town business.
I go to this place when I really have a problem with my phone and that you really do help
