Sam is a complete fraud! Do not do business with this man or company. My husband purchased for me a pair of EFM TWS Valhalla True wireless stereo earbuds for 199 and unfortunately they did not work. The sound was distorted in both and kept dropping in and out totally in one of them. My husband returned them and respectfully requested a refund from Sam, which he point blank refused to do. He offered to send them off to the company to either replace or fix, however we had lost confidence in the product totally and did not want this brand. Sam did not sell any other brand of this particular product. He was very rude and made my husband feel upset, angry and violated as a consumer. The people in centre management agreed with me and requested I contact Consumer Affairs Victoria, as apparently this is not their first complaint regarding Sam and this company. I will be taking this further. For clarity, this business is situated directly opposite K-Mart in Corio Village Shopping Centre.
