Walked in here this morning based on a recommendation of a good client and walked out completely dismayed at the lack of care. I was thrown off by the rudeness of the woman at the front desk who did not want to help at all, it caught me off guard actually. Apparently the product and pricing are good but life is to short to deal with rude people, i''ll find another supplier. * Its worth noting that there are other poor reviews but no response from Tee Shirt Graphics which says a lot about their lack of care.

I might place the order with you, but as a business owner myself who understands the value of time, my feedback to your service is poor in a short 2min phone call. Karen if you can't afford time to customers, don't bother taking the call.

I asked for a logo to be printed on the back of some t-shirts and made that very clear several times, they managed to print the image on the front of ever shirt. Their customer service was lacking and their place of work was a mess, there are t-shirts and hats thrown everywhere. They quickly returned my money which was the only positive
Excellent quality and very reliable. Have used them for our uniforms and all sorts of printed ktems for 10 years. Will always deliver on time as promised.
What a terrible experience - first they lost our email order, then lost a shirt, one shirt came back covered in marks from another job, forgot to follow up getting new shirt and then everytime I wanted to know what was going I had to call them. Very disorganised.
