I was happy I found Ted's. There are few camera repair shops around, and I was expecting a long wait, but it was next day service, my camera cleaned and ready to go. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just when I found them I heard they are moving to Pacific Fair!

Cannot fault the customer service by the manager Leigh. I bought an Olympus camera there about a year ago and recently it has experienced problems. Leigh went above and beyond to help. So glad I didn't buy it online or at a bigger store as I doubt I would have been looked after the way I was there if I experienced issues after the sale.

Really happy with their customer service. I purchased the Tamron 24-70mm f2.8 lens, which I was debating between the Canon f4. They gave a discount on the filter for Tamron. Then, after a week, I was not happy with how the lens performed given its large aperture or its ability to focus accurately (probably a one off as reviews rated the auto focus highly), so exchanged it as per their 14 day policy. They were happy to swap it and also exchanged the filter (which I had opened to secure it to the Tamron) for one that fits the Canon. Couldn't be happier with the Canon 24-70mm f4; its a brilliant lens and thanks to Teds Cameras for allowing such smooth hassle-free and friendly service!
