First time I went into booval store witnessed a very angry lady and thought she was just being unreasonable until I got the tech traders 'experience' myself. After paying for repair staff upsold me up to a glass screen after phone front was smashed to further protect it against further damages. I was 'guaranteed' this would stop any damage from reasonable accidents. Unfortunately I did have an accident with phone and was surprised a single crack occurred across front. I took phone back in to use guarantee and was basically laughed out of store by smug staff who claimed no guarantee exists, to which I replied that I was only going on information they had provided at time of sale. There are much better providers who are honest, miles cheaper and not con artists.

I was quoted 120 for a replacement phone when mine broke down just a couple of months before I was going to update it. In the end they charged only 99 for an older phone that would keep me going until the new model came out and they trs all my data for me. I’d use them again. Thanks guys.
