Tom was recommended by my footy coach and she rarely gets things wrong. Tom is one of the most knowledgeable physio's my husband and I have had. He is attentive and is quick to establishing the root cause of pain/injury and treats very efficiently (he's also a great chat). If you are in the northern beaches area looking for a physio whether sport or simply for rehabilitation Tom @ Team8 Physio should definitely be your go to!

John was a super friendly and knowledgeable guy and after just the first session my neck has already loosened up and is feeling better.
