Ari & Adam were the team that created the architectural result for two exceptional Homes at 27 Olinda Street and 48 Spring Road. Both buildings are sculptural in their design with well designed open flowing spaces with large floor to ceiling windows throughout. The spaces on both floor levels are airy and bright integrating the indoor with outdoor spaces complementing each other. Record Sales prices for the area were achieved for both Homes as a result of the design. Ari & Adam complement each other with their differing architectural and building skill sets, instilled in all aspects of the project's journey from Council, Design, Documentation, Interior Design through to Construction Construction with hands-on attention to detail. I find their use of 3D design modelling enables the Client's to better understand and obtain a feel for their project, to be able to walk through the building's spaces, review finishes and colour schemes and provide a collaborative approach.
