I was in the chair for my hair cut for about 15min max, after waiting about 20min for my appointment to start. The lady roughly brushed my hair, to detangle it, and confirmed with me how much to cut off. I'm no expert but when hair is cut I assume the spraying of water helps keep the trim straight and even? This lady sprays the ends of my hair, literally the 1 inch she is cutting off, nothing up top just a couple of sprays on the ends, and just cuts a straight line along the bottom. It doesn't sound so bad, except my hair was in a side part from my day at work! She didn't even brush my hair out of it so the cut would be even. Now when my hair is not in the side part the sides are not even, one is longer than the other. I brought the side part to her attention, she said it wasn't an issue because I would just put in in the side part again anyway. Now i have 2 problems with this. 1, that's an assumption. No, I don't always wear my hair in a side part. I really dislike it when professionals forego asking questions of their customers to get proper information, and instead just draw assumptions, and then get the service wrong. Next time, try confirming with the customer where the "middle" hair-part is within their hair. 2ndly, it shouldn't matter if I wear my hair in a side part full time or not, for symmetry the cut isn't even if more hair is draped to one side. Don't you care if the hair cut isn't even? I didn't feel like the hairdresser did her best work for my 30 in the 15min she cut my hair. I don't care about the money, but that experience felt very subpar.

Really clean , great attentative staff , spent five hours to get hair colouring for my daughter hair which she had been looking forward too all 2020 and stuck in house due to covid and finally her dream come true . With much patience she was delighted , loved her new hair colour and really appreciated the quality time and attention . Not forgetting eyebrows on fleek!Definately a recommendation to come again .

Maxicare salon is one of the worst in customer service in water gardens . Absolutely disrespectful bunch of people who work there with no professionalism. Also absolutely rude & not following any COVID - 19 regulations . The owner has no sense of running a business & treats customers as if she is doing them a favor . This business is going down for sure . Also doesn’t matter what video clips you have . Copy pasting my feedback doesn’t make you right . Also out of all reviews more than 13 are bad . Hence proved . Facts over opinions . Hilarious

Booked an appointment to have my eyelashes removed. Went in 15 minutes early, they had me sit down for 30 minutes to wait for a lady to come in to tell me the eyelash person had gone home for the day and would not come back in. They then asked me to come in the next day, however i could not make it. Then the male staff member began to blame myself as when he checked the bookings earlier that day, my booking was not there. Poor service.
