So unrealistic unprofessional demeanour. I was there to get an advice on buying hair color for my sister. Instead of assisting, the two ladies (one with blonde hair and other with black hair n some ash blonde highlights ) on the counter were not only criticising her hair colour choice but also seemed least interested to provide right advice. Very disrespectful and very judgmental. They made me feel so uncomfortable and commented on why I am getting hair color for my sister. I will never visit this store again. I was served with pathetic customer service and offensive humour. Not even 1 star for sure.

Never again. I went to get a full head of color and foils and was severely overcharged for what was provided at the end. I asked for brown with caramel highlights, was given my original black full color and all hidden highlights inside. Everyone I know said I been severely overcharged 430 and cannot see the difference in my hair at all, I was naive and thought this is was the normal price as I never had highlights and a full head but many many people told me I should have only paid upto Max 270. If i pay 430 on hair I should see a big difference anyway which noone did. I went in-store and spoke to the manager, she was adamant to not give me any refund back at all despite my hair being black with hidden highlights and not brown with highlights on top. She said she'll strip the color if I want..and yet keep all the money I paid. This is a very unfair exchange as a consumer of a service. Then they said they'll fix it by bleaching and recolouring.. which will only further damage and break all the highlighted hair underneath. So I will not go back and don't recommend. Charging people as if they are a private boutique salon and are more like a backyard job. I even gave it one week to "lighten as you wash" it didn't lighten at all into a brown.

I’ve got my haircut it looks great. The person who cut it is great, But the shop itself was Shady The thing was I made appointment and they said that it was 50 For the wash and hair And it was pricey but understandable .but the thing was It was when I got to the shop they ask me to pay it once you’ve got the haircut And when I was about to get a haircut then asked would I like a hair wash or just a cut but on the phone for that appointment they said you’ve got no choices and That was the first red flag. The second red flag was they made the price higher they made it around 60 something . And like I said you have to pay it once you got your haircut. good haircut not recommended.

very disappointed as I am a regular customer. I went to get some shampoo and conditioner today and i was waiting out the front of the store with my 2 children 4 and 5 years old because they already had a few customers in the shop. The lady behind the counter asked if i was wait to enter the store and i replied yes i was, She then turned around and told me I had to leave my children outside the shop because they couldn't have anymore then 3 people in the store at a time. I then told her that "sorry im not going to leave my 4 and 5 year old children unsupervised outside". And she then replied with well sorry you can't all come in. It Would not have hurt you to use some customer service and ask if i know what i am after and maybe grabbing it for me... Kind of makes me not want to go back again.

I saw Hope yesturday to get a caramel balayage and i’m beyond happy with the results. I can’t reccomend her enough; flawless job and very proffessional. I think that HW watergardens are lucky to have her.
