I gave them one star as there wasn't a option to give them 0. Very rude experience trying to trade in my car. I left the finance side of the car trade in to my bank, to which the dealership were nothing but trouble and wouldn't come to the party with the trade in, even though they had already agreed on it and i had it on paper. The bank manager had explained to me that in the 16 years being a bank manager, he had never felt with a more difficult dealership. I as a customer, ready to spend money, felt the same. Do not recommend to anyone.

I had visited Australia last month, and now back in India. The temp car I was driving there had a weird noise coming in from the front. Crystal, from Taylor Ford was super helpful in sorting out the issue. Everything from the moment I called her went smooth. I would really recommend them for travellers and others likewise. Ask for Crystal.

Me and my partner had visited Australia for a short while, and had a friend's Corolla to drive around. However, we got a slight ding in it and called Gunnedah Toyota. They kept to their word (whatever we spoke on phone) - I walk in and the car gets excellent treatment, and I’m out of there shortly without having to have service push me to get extra paid work done. Truly a class act!
Very rude, treated very badly, shown no respect, would not accept responsibility for continuing problems, will never deal with this company again. Don't even the deserve one star. Was it because I am a woman?
I was always thought once you buy a vehicle from a dealer they move to the next customer, this is not the case at Gunnedah Toyota, i had my vehicle serviced recently and have never been so impressed at a dealership, the whole service team were outstanding, i was kept informed ,was served coffee while i waited and the price was as agreed , Thanks to everyone, Look forward to coming back Fantasic job

I contacted Gunnedah Toyota for a quote on a new vehicle for my business, I was given a quote with a competitive price. The next day I rang and requested to order the vehicle, the sales woman told me the next shipment was two months away but she would see if she could get something for me earlier. Two weeks later the sales woman would not return my calls, when I finally got her on the phone she told me she could no longer supply me with a vehicle because she had sold them all to a fleet customer. I requested to speak to Ryan Taylor to which I was told he was busy, after a number of phone calls he finally called me back and proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I had not ordered the car the instant I got the quote. It was obvious that they had made a mistake on the price and didn't want to honor their quote but when I asked Ryan if this was the case he told me the price was fine but he had prioritized his orders and didn't want to sell me the car. I told him that he and his business was one of the most unprofessional I had ever delt with, it was at this piont that he ran out of excuses and hung up on me. I will never deal with this business again and I would advise anyone thinking of buying a car to go elsewhere.
