I was so nervous for my first tattoo, quite scared honestly. But the welcoming that you get when you enter is so energetic, cheerful which calmed me down, made me feel welcomed. Their service is great, always answering any questions and they're always checking on you to see if your fine. Overall best customer service and great environment, I would highly recommend for first time tattoos. Thanks alot Erin

Walked in and spoke to Pete about the design I wanted. He drew it up and helped me out with placement and size. He was friendly, gentle and worked quickly. I was ecstatic with the end result. Had my daughter with me and she was tattooed by Sam and her tattoo looks amazing. Highly recommend these guys and I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much, I love my Loki helmet.
