Very helpful and quick. The office lady is very knowledgeable and was able to fix my logistic issue that I had. Dealing with them was a breeze.
Awful customer service
Truly pathetic. Wanted prices for trucking huge amount of sawn timber to 2 places. Didn't get any prices but a stupid email telling me the guy had 'asked around' & I should get the saw mill to pick up and deliver. When I followed up with a phone call to ask which saw mills ( since he said he'd 'asked around'), the guy said he'd send me an email with the details. Heard NOTHING. I can't proceed with my plans without trucking prices. Unbelievable & incredibly frustrating to have my job held up for no reason other than incompetence or plain stupidity. Its over 3 weeks now. Seriously upset.
Terrible service.. Everything seems to be an issue with the admin staff... Very poor effort
