I have been working with some of the TCS guys over the last few months for a customer in Melbourne, and I see the work ethic and way they like to approach any work is just appalling. They never come to the meeting and people in the technical lead role don't do the necessary essentially technical things to investigate any simple issues. I have been watching them for the last few months and seeing it is their regular work TCS, such a sizeable technological organisation. Still, employees who work for the AUS company who work as contracted to other companies set such low standards and are just not fit to do the role.
