I started my hearing journey at Australian Hearing and found them to be condescending and insulting at times. Tasmanian hearing centre has been nothing but helpful and completely understanding and I would highly recommend them to anybody having difficulty with their hearing aids as they are extremely patient and fully understanding of the clients needs. (even if I do keep killing mine with dust and sweat )

I cannot recommend highly enough the Tasmanian Hearing Centre, its staff and especially its Principal Susan Grenness. Admitting one cannot hear properly and facing up to having something done about it is challenging to most people - but excellent testing and assessment, supply and fitting of appropriate world-class hearing aids, professional advice and meticulous after-care have made the whole experience for me a very positive one. Susan is up to date with current research and communicates well what this means for the whole process of regaining one's hearing. I can personally testify that my new hearing aids have improved my quality of life.
