Tasbuilt provide a very professional end to end service. They are very good at planning their work and then it all goes like clockwork. The quality of their build is excellent and they are very proactive with councils, building surveyors and other government agencies, making the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality and reliable builder.
It was a pleasure having built our new home through Tasbuilthomes. The house is everything we envisaged and more. Ben and the team did an awesome job in delivering a stunning home. Despite setbacks we encountered along the way everything was resolved in a timious and professional manner. The design is a custom plan, tasbuilt worked with us all the way to make the dream happen Considering all the planning, design and construction was done not ever having met the team in person due to COVID restrictions, the project was an outstanding success. Their assistance and expertise was invaluable in realising our beautiful home.
We are very happy with our new home overlooking a beautiful beach. Tasbuilt were very helpful in the design and details of our house as well as being very friendly and accommodating. Importantly their standard of workmanship is very high and we can recommend them to anyone considering a new home.
I believe Tasbuilt created one of the best homes in Tasmania for us. We had an incredible block of land to start with and their design suited it perfectly. But it was the execution of the project which was stunning. We were unable to visit the site for 10 months due to the pandemic but Ben and his team meticulously made sure everything was done perfectly from council right down to the faultless paintwork. We will be building with Tasbuilt again, just have to find that block of land.
Great homes and designs. Quite expensive for a prefab home. The brochure quotes a price including all council fees etc delivered to your home and move in which I could live with the price with everything taken care of and nothing to worry about. We were then told to allow an extra 100,000 per home as a buffer which makes these homes ridiculously overpriced. Advertising on a brochure an all inclusive price and then adding 100k is not very honest. I'm sorry but for half a million I can get a brick home on a slab for less. Really nice homes and lovely people but yeah, that 100k thing really turned me away.
Professional and very approachable to deal with. Quality is assured and our home is a delight to live in. Everything we wished for.
