In the swampy bland outskirts of Maitland is a dull suburb named Beresfield. On the outskirts of Beresfield there is one street which for some reason is defined as a different suburb named Tarro. For some reason they put a train station here. I saw some people get on the train here in 1982. Never since. Along with neighbouring stations Hexham and Sandgate this station serves no sensible purpose other than swamp access and irritation to passengers not going there.
No ticket machine, does have shelter though. No wheelchair access
