My doctor referred Selective Hearing for a hearing test for my 5 year old child. She found it fun and engaging, not intimidating or scary and even asked if she could go back again. Happy to recommend if you require a hearing test for children.
Service was excellent and the results were explained simply and concisely.
I went to Sue a month ago and had a very comprehensive hearing test. The results were very well explained to me and a decision to get hearing aids was made. I have since received my hearing aids and have been back for a couple of retunes, I can’t be happier with the result and my wife certainty is very happy with my hearing now. Can’t thank Sue and Sonia enough for there help and professionalism. Would certainly recommend to anyone who is a little concerned about there hearing loss to bite the bullet and get a test, the rest is easy.
Highly Recommend. I took my elderly father to visit Sue after relocating him to Brisbane. She was patient, kind &caring but also extremely thorough with her examination. All the things you could hope for from a professional audiologist. Then seeing the reaction on my fathers face once he could hear properly again...priceless!
Susan is great with kids! We had our six year old tested and she made him feel at ease and was able to get him to focus really well on the test, which is an achievement in itself. Highly recommended.
What a Surprise..Who Knew... certainly not me.. But after being looked after by Susan, Jenny and Delightful Receptionest Sonya, I learnt that in fact I did have some Hearing loss. The testing was very non invasive, very Professionally attended and Results Fully explained. Solutions were offered and Costs explained. No hard sell. I was offered a Trial pair to see if I found them comfortable and useful. A week later I went in for a fitting and tuning and was quiet surprised at the difference. All my appointments were easily made to suit and a Courteous Reminder Call was given the day before. During the month I visited them I chose to upgrade and had some fine tuning until I was Happy. Thank You Ladies for your Professional Care and Welcoming. It was wonderful to have been made to feel like a very Valued Customer, and great to know that any time I have an issue or need supplies I can call.
Had my hearing checked at Selective Hearing for the first time with Susie. Everything was fabulous. Very caring and attentive admin. Susie was fantastic at explaining each part of the process and making me very comfortable as we did the testing. She explained my results clearly to me. It was a very thorough examination yet in a relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend Susie to anyone having trouble or who had any queries about their hearing.
