Firstly , they will always match a competitors price and secondly they give great advice. This is not a warehouse that only shows you the most expensive but shows you the best value for your needs. They have never let me down, have great after sales service and a fantastic range ro choose from. I travel 4 to 6 months a year through anything up to 20 airports , my luggage takes a beating, so I think I know a little about luggage
