Lovely people and good company and have a great chat when you go in and great coffee and great choice of clothes
I have been a long time loyal customer until today. I was served by a young girl and I purchased 2 packs of cigarettes. When I got home I opened my pack only to find that they were menthol but my other pack was right. I rang immediately to say what had happened only to be told abruptly that there’s nothing they can do about it. This is appalling when you spend almost 100 and just be dismissed like that. You would also expect that their shelves be stacked correctly. I will no longer be using this shop.

Staff make you feel like an annoyance because you interrupted their conversation, I go to iga these days... Cheaper too.
Refusing a service dog entry is an offence. DO NOT SHOP HERE IGA is cheaper
