Had a warranty issue that another Ford dealer had seen and had been dismissive of my concerns. What a refreshing change to deal with pleasant people from reception to Daniel service manager. I was actually allowed to speak to the head man and explain the problem which had been dismissed by the other dealership. Real people resolved the issue on the spot. Whole heartedly recommend them for the human touch lacking in most big businesses.
My friend purchased a new car from them. Mike Whitlam was the perfect salesman - competent, knowledgeable, went the extra mile but most importantly wasn't the slightest bit pushy. Highly recommended.
Daniel and the guys at the Mid Coast Ford service department exceeded all my expectations and helped me out a lot, pity I live other side of Australia but I would drive the 2000kms just to get my car serviced here again . Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks heaps.
