Well priced puppy training and knowledgeable and friendly team, who helped us get good results for our pup. I have recommended them to several friends.

I would not recommend Teamwork Dogs at all. I have a rescue dog that has been severely abused, She is fine around adults and children, however I wanted to get her used to being around other dogs. I paid 360 for the yellow ribbon course which is for 6 sessions. I missed one session due to sickness and in this time when you're sick you are usually asked to stay away. I was not offered a make up session or a refund for the missed session. I was also not provided with my weekly training homework paperwork for the missed session. I was made to buy a bridle and a new lead. The lead was not good and after 3 weeks my dog has already chewed through it and frayed it all and the bridle my dog wore for 1hr and never again so there was an additional 55 wasted when the original lead I had for her was just fine. The first 3 weeks we spent teaching and training her techniques which is fine but did they take us neat the other dogs so she could adjust to being around other dogs, No they didn't, They did not do that till our 4th session after all the other dogs has gone home and then we went to the field where 1 dog was left. At the end of what I thought was my 5th session (due to a missed one) I was advised by Robyn that this would be my last session and she understands that Maddie is a rescue dog but in her exact words "Maddie is messed up", After being told that I could not get out of their quick enough. I was disgusted that's how they talk about dogs that have been through trauma. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I have been letting people know to stay away and try another company.
My puppy and I attended "Puppy 2" course at Taigum and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Teamwork Dogs for the following reasons: - the majority of the lesson you're expected to sit and listen to the teacher however my puppy didn't understand that concept so would be wanting to explore and interact with the other puppies which was very distracting (no advice was given to address this either) - more on the above point, I think interaction with the other puppies would be beneficial for socialisition, at least a portion of the lesson dedicated to it, but instead all exercises were based on puppy and their owner doing their own thing - I don't think my puppy learnt anything new, only reinforced what he already learnt at a previous puppy school (ran by a different business) - although this is out of their control, due to the classes being outdoors it was very hot (we attended classes in June!) - lastly, the previous class would always run late and therefore ours would too. That was just my personal experience and it wasn't all negative, a positive thing to say is that the teachers seem passionate about training dogs. Things could just be improved
Great trainers, very knowledgeable and experienced. We did the puppy school and each class was well constructed and very worth our time. I would highly recommend it.
Great trainers. Helping.
