Taekwondo World is a very good place to take you and your children for a workout. High leveled staff and a fun workout atmosphere. Rate 10/10!!!

I have been training at this club for over 6 years. Training at Taekwondo World Strathfield has benefited me in so many ways. My stamina has increased significantly as they focus a lot on cardio and muscle training so that we can kick and master our techniques to the best of our ability. There are free parking just outside he gym so it’s really easy to access, transport wise. The instructors are also super friendly, and gives us great advices on how to improve!! Although there may be some language barriers with some instructor, I find it really interesting when we try hard to communicate through gestures! You also make so many friends from different cultures!! Overall, I really recommend you guys to sign up for Taekwondo World Strathfield! It’ll really help you discover more about yourself in an unique and enjoyable way.

After 7 years of doing teakwondo at Taekwondo World, this place is a great place to learn self defense, socialise and exercise as a sport. Taekwondo World has friendly and helpful instructors to help and guide people, from beginners to advance black belts, to do their best in taekwondo. Training here involves grading and sparring techniques in which people can use when they do contact sparring and self defense which is good and useful. Overall, I highly recommend Taekwondo World for people who want to learn martial arts and exercise for thier health.
