Have always enjoyed visiting this store. Whether I was there to sample some new tea, or to shop for a gift/some bargains, the staff have all been nothing but amazing. Every time I walked in, I was always greeted warmly by the friendly staff with a smile. And at my last visit, a female staff kindly introduced every tea product that we were sampling. This helped us appreciate them better and understand what to look for when we taste each one. The atmosphere in the store is always vibrant with staff always there to help answering questions if needed. Will be back again and again!

I visited the garden city store 13/8/20 I asked the assistant for something similar to carrot cake she advised the Baxter’s Buns would be the closest I accepted her opinion however when tasting it it was nothing like the carrot cake blend.... and 26 later opposed to 16 very disappointing
