Giving one star as I can't give zero. Previously purchased a MDF pool table from here and couldn't be happier. Decided to go back for an air hockey table and couldn't be regretting my decision more. Purchased a table which I was told would be a two month wait and didn't receive any contact to let me know it would be longer, or that they couldn't supply it at all. Then offered an alternative and CHEAPER product and STILL haven't received my refund of the difference but have received the table which is damaged and useless as the fan is broke and I'm being offered nothing more than an apology for the surface damage and more work for myself by installing another fan myself, which will take even more time to be delivered. Would not recommend and would advise against any SA resident from purchasing from somewhere that seems to be moving away from dealing directly out of the state.

Great experience with t&r sports Adelaide. Bought a 7ft slate pool table. They contacted me very quickly and travelled to the Barossa to install the table at a very reasonable price. The end product I was so impressed with it’s perfect thanks heaps T&R sports.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We recently purchased a new outdoor table tennis table and when we got it home found that the 2 sides didn't match. I contacted Peter at the store and sent him pictures. He said he would immediately replace the product if I would bring it back. This was a bit of a pain but Peter opened the next box and we matched the 2 halves. Mistakes get made from time to time it's how the mistake is handled that counts and for the polite helpful way Peter dealt with me they get 5 stars. The product is excellent and should also get 5 stars. They lost one for the hassle.

I bought a coin operated table not long ago and I was absolutely astonished. I couldn't believe that a coin operated table didn't allow the white ball to go through the hole due to it being the same size as the other balls! This table is absolutely useless and to make matters worst, I've had to delay opening my shop because of this stupid malfunction which could have been avoided. Would not recommend these tables to anyone! Waste of time. Please don't waste your money and your time learn from me please.
