Ben is great, he provides, practical, professional, friendly and helpful service at competitive prices; with a range of choices to satisfy any music loving motorist. His workshop is as what is described on his website; hugely airy, spacious, with displays of stereos, speakers and accessories. He knows what he is doing, he works with confidence and I feel confident in his experience when working on my car.

Two days before Christmas, desperate for a new towing socket for my Hilux 4wd to pull my new boat, I called Ben from System 12 on a recommendation from the boat dealer. Incredibly personable, he went out of his way to get me in on Christmas Eve morning to have the towing socket installed. He was proactive in his communication, easy to work with and great pricing. A life saver !
