Symons Energy installed a new 13.2kW system with 2 x 5kW inverters at my premises in Parkinson. I could not be happier with the installation. The initial consultation was hassle free, the quote was prepared quickly and I waited only a couple of weeks for the installation to commence. The installation used top quality equipment (REC panels, Huawei inverters) and the cost seemed comparable with other installers. The installers were polite, kept their worksite clean and the workmanship and attention to detail on completion was outstanding. I also had some additional electrical work completed as part of the installation which was completed without a fuss. I felt fully informed through the whole process and the service I received was exceptional. I would fully recommend Symons Energy to anyone considering a new solar installation.

We had no problems (only some weather delays), everything is installed neatly and works as advertised. They also went out of their way to deal with warranty replacement panels for our previous (10 YO and much smaller capacity) solar installation. We are very happy with their service.

It is not possible to find enough superlatives for the care and quality of Kosta and Symons Energy help today. We had a major solar system electrical situation that required urgent attention. Even though not a Symons Energy installation, after an emergency call through a friend, Kosta downed everything to help. Kosta knows solar electrics intrinsically in every respect and quickly resolved the threat. Nothing but praise and respect for the talent and willingness to help out at very short notice. Symons energy installed a growatt inverter in my garage for me after another installer put the original one outside in the weather,whereupon it stopped working & wasn't covered by by warranty !
