Just purchased my first spa at MARSDEN PARK right from the very beginning the staff at all branches were helpful patient specially Vahid and selfie putting up with a my questions. After some re searching and shopping around and visiting the shop a few times SPLASHES was the best for my price range. It’s perfect for me. thank you splashes

I can't say enough good things about Splashes Spa World at Sylvania, and particularly about Matt who is the epitome of professionalism and patience itself from the start of my purchase experience to the handover after installation. After much discussion and several trail swim visits by the kids to Splashes, I purchased a Daydream 5.5 Series spa which filled all the requirements of a plunge pool, hydrotherapy spa and swim centre. There was never any pressurised salesmanship but plenty of assistance in matching my requirements and walking me though the steps necessary for purchase, delivery and installation. I would highly recommend Splashes, Matt and the rest of their staff - and ask for Jo for large spa crane truck delivery - he placed the swim spa to the mm over an 18m span. It would be nice if staff would tell you the honest truth when a customer wants to purchase a spa. I had told them that my spa will be placed outside and asked them if the sun will affect the temperature as I will be using it mainly in the summer months. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. So now well into summer, it’s useless because I can’t get the temperature cold enough to sit in and enjoy it. I have contacted and spoken to someone about the issue... they weren’t helpful in trying to help me. A total waste of money as I spent thousands of dollars. And just to have my spa sitting there, just for show.!! Some company’s will say anything just to get a sale. Will not recommend this place.
I had an awesome Experience with Splashes, I have just bought my 2nd spa from them last week. The Quality of the spa and the service and support that come from them is second to none. There are some companies out there that just want a sale, these guys actually care.... Thanks Steve

Went here and the place was abandoned. There was a note on the door outlining opening hours - should have been open. There was a phone number on the note on the door for enquiries - disconnected. Update your google details.
