Wasn't really close to much, a little over priced for what you get, mould in the bathroom, exhaust fan was very dirty, rooms don't get cleaned or replenished daily, though plenty of parking and quite. Probably won't stay again.

The room hasn’t been properly cleaned for years! Toilet paper was torn off like someone just used the toilet and the dust on the back of the toilet and the tiles in the bathroom and shower were filthy. Behind the curtain was years worth of grime. Bathroom had mould and the fan squealed like a banshee! The space was ok, and overall had what we needed but the grotty state of it puts me off staying here again. Staff sound very unenthusiastic on the phone and in reception too.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Amelia in reception was very friendly and helpful. The room had been partially renovated but that did not include the bathroom which was in bad shape.The room was not very clean with soap wrappers and used bandaids still in shower and surfaces dusty.The fridge was not turned on either and smelt bad with mould on inside surfaces and the single serve milks were six months out of date which I only discovered at the end of my cup of tea when I sipped large globs of congealed milk. Not nice at all. I have only given 3 stars instead of 2 because of how helpful and obliging Amelia was.

Room service was excellent., size of evening meal and breakfast was plentiful and well presented., parking is right out side you're door not more than three feet away. Room was clean but could use some repairs, mattress was a bit too firm for my liking but I got a good nights sleep. Bathroom was well stocked and clean. Very good impression of staff on phone and very helpful. Reception was so very patient and very happy to help. I'm happy with my stay. Will be happy to return in the future.
