Terrible customer service, wasted 3 hours of my life and told me incorrect information. I had Insurance on my phone which they didn’t pick up at first and I need to claim for a cracked screen before switching provider. Was ready to switch to a different provider today and started the process finally told me I have to wait another 10 days for my contract to finish before switching to another phone company otherwise I have to pay excess. I need to lodge another claim as claims only last 7 days. Complete waste of time. 0/10

Tiffany was wondeful! I came on Sunday 10 minutes before the store was closed, trying to do something that takes 30 minutes, but Tiffany was very patient and attentive. She didnt rush me at all and answer all my questions thoroughly.

The store is not allowed to do anything, but give out phone numbers that put you on hold. Rubbish service from Optus

I got a good sim deal but the staff weren’t great. They just hung around chatting in the corner of the shop while I tried to grab their attention.
