For some reason it's not letting me post invoices. I asked for help 7 days ago and haven't received a response. There's no option to call for support and if they don't call you back after an online request for help there's nothing you can do. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'll put up with Xero until the end of this financial year and then switch to someone else. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DON'T SIGN UP TO XERO - THERE'S NO RELIABLE SUPPORT.

Never like the payment system. Firstly, there is no early payment discount. With dozens of invoices paying earlier to get discount, Xero could not help it. You need to do manually applying discount one by one. Tried to raise this issue in support website, and then saw some one else had already raised this issue. and the answer from Xero was you would not get this function. Secondly, changed payment system layout, but slower, and harder to use. If you spend a little bit more time to check supplier's bank details and then click confirm payment button. The page would go wrong. And you have to be smart enough to find a way to go back to the old payment way to export bank file. Had to do this every time. The old version never had this issue. No. 3. Today, I did first batch payment successfully. however when I tried to do the second batch, I just could not go through the batch payment stage. After clicking the batch payment button, it just won't do anything. I changed browser, I restarted computer, changed computer, tried later. Still not working. Do not know what to do. The reason why so many people like Apple is about its customer experience the product brings. Let people who understand experience design the product, not only engineers.

Xero has ZERO genuine customer support. The only support service Xero actually offers is essentially an email based system that has a minimum response time of 10 HOURS!! Xero claims to have a 24/7 customer support service but please don't be fooled this is 110% FALSE ADVERTISING. To give you an example- I have a Premium account where I pay over 90 a month. Our company changed its email user and upon trying to change this in Xero we were locked out of our account on Payroll day, we have over 25 employees. I contacted Xero customer service and didn't get a response for over 17 HOURS!!! This is just one of many operating issues Xero has...

Very unimpressed by Xero's bot "help" process. My Iphone died and was replaced so I need to re-establish the Authenticator App, just so I can login. No contact number is provided so I've now emailed support via the process provided, and still nothing but auto bot responses, even though I'm triggering the enquiry from a 'new phone authenticator' help article (Oh and no option to type what you need either). 4 tries all unique now... and nothing. MYOB login had the EXACT SAME issue and fixed t in 30 Seconds on a phone call. Zero marks for Xero. How often should a company expect people to change phones? Is it that unusual that the old phone wouldn't be available for just such an "emergency"? I had a 100% mycloud backup... so we are not talking about science fiction. Lame cost cutting effort.

This is a terrible service designed to take your money while providing only the most basic customer service. Considering you need an accountant anyway you're better off having it run off site than deal with this terrible system

Appalling customer service from Xero - have now been waiting 12 days for resolution to a login problem which they cannot fix. Have been passed around to 5 support staff members, all of which continue to offer the same advice which does not work. If you ever have a problem, please do not expect a timely response within business hours (Australia). Avoid if you are looking for seamless platforms (Xero WorkflowMax) with decent customer service. As a small business this has been devastating given the level of reliance on these programs on a daily basis for invoicing, timesheets etc.

Terrible Service. I have four accounts with them. Requested over 10 times for the support of login. It looks that no one cares about this. Worst service ever. It impacts my business a lot
