The twenty-three members of Waratah Chambers, each of whom is a member of the New South Wales Bar Association, provide service of the highest quality to a broad range of clients. The members of the floor provide specialist advice and representation and are available to appear in all courts and tribunals in Australia, both in trial and appellate proceedings. A number of members have also appeared extensively in international jurisdictions, including South Africa, Fiji, England and New Zealand. Alternative dispute resolution is also an important part of our practice with all members participating frequently in all forms, particularly mediations and arbitrations.
