to the owner: I went here today, was planning to get some contact lenses and skin care. holding bunch of product already but staff was RUDE. I end up just walk away to get from another store. will not spend my Money here.

I like the wide selection of Japanese eyeliners, eyebrow and mascara products. But I hate the shopping experience every time. The staff either a) ignore you b)are incredibly unhelpful and have no product knowledge c)stalk you like a shoplifter. They also blare the music in the store making the whole experience very uncomfortable. Love the products though which is why I come back.
This was an excellent shopping experience. Cass is so knowledgeable. She knew what products we should use and showed us how to use them. All the staff here are so nice
I love shopping for my beauty and skin products in store and online. My W cosmetics is quite busy but still is well maintained compared to reviews here.
unfriendly staff. First they didn’t greet me and let me seeking products alone but that’s fine. then i asked about the product they just said yes or no, no more other longer words. Finally, when i paid they didn’t even say thank you to their customers!
The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. I also appreciate the chance to try products before I purchase an item with help from the staff.
