no star at all!!!!! Receptionist has no empathy. Not a good place! That old receptionist is very unprofessional!!!! All they care is to have lunch breaks!!!!! Well nurses don’t think like that we always accomodate our patients!!!!!!

Fantastic place and the sonographer was so lovely but my only criticism is when I had my bloods taken. There was no bed to lie on, only a couch with no cover on it. Sorry to say but it didn’t seem hygienic at all and next time I’d rather have my bloods taken elsewhere or not return for any tests if it doesn’t change.

Went for the 20 week scan. Have been here 3 times prior and have always had a great experience. The worker of the machine was so hard to understand. I kept asking her to repeat why she said. She was Very rude and rough. She was not reassuring at all. Ended up leaving not knowing if all was ok or not. Oh and I told her at the beginning I want to know the gender. I asked her 10 minutes later If she has seen the gender she replied ‘ I’ll tell you at the end’ . Got the to end waiting for her to tell me. She wipes all the gel off and tells me to wait at the front. I asked again about the gender to a loud sigh and she said you should remind me. 395 later, public/bull billed would have been a better experience

The receptionist and sonographer were extreamly helpful and very accommodating. After a horrible experience with another private clinic , I am now confident in returning to SUFW Liverpool for all my future scans. 100% reccomend

If you are going to make an appointment for an ultrasound please be aware, it is not bulk billed! My advise for people if you need a ultrasound please shop around Liverpool as it’s for free through Medicare. I made a appointment and they did not tell me it’s bulk billed , I went for a ultrasound and after that they gave me a nasty bill for 390 dollars, I was expecting it to go through Medicare. Now I can’t pay my rent.

HANDS DOWN to the best - most amazing place for pregnant woman - Amazing technology, even though its expensive , you GET what you pay for. even though the government pays for your scans at normal imagining places, Sydney ultrasound for woman has the best technology, they check EVERYTHING .. happy to pay to assure my baby is growing healthy and they have so many appointments available. DEF RECOMMENDED! :)

Wonderful experience, i rang for a last min ultrasound on sat morn as i was feeling very concerned, they fit me in with no problem, the ladies were very kind and comforting
