Bought boxo 3mm aluminum tool box online. Daytona 2.5mm tool box was delivered. Rang 3 times and each time was told id recieve a call the next day around 10am to rectify the problem.no calls so i called to only get the same blow off responce.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased a chain saw, due to no stock, I waited over 6 weeks to pick up this item. After I picked it up, the chain saw is defective, it is NOT WORKING on first use! It is a faulty item. Sydney tools Refused to give me return and refund as it is 2 weeks after the invoice date!!! YOU HAD NO STOCK FOR ME WITHIN THE REFUND PERIOD! You have caused significant delay and stress to my work while waiting for the repair of a faulty item! In the end I had to buy another one to replace it!!! GO TO BUNNINGS OR TOTAL TOOLS. Much much better service and communication, and stress free 21/12/2020 - another update, the chain saw was never fixed! Still broken after they claimed to have it fixed already. 6 months since purchase I am still with a defective chain saw that I have not even been able to use once! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Been waiting on a warranty repair for 4 months now, The Steamer machine i purchased was returned to me after the 1st faulty repair still faulty. i asked them to test it on shop before i leave, Machine wouldn't start so had to get sent away again. Poor customer service specially from Joel at head office, had a "not our issue" attitude. I had to call 11 times, Live chat contact 4 times and go into the store 3 times to get updates on my machine as i use it to run my business. Constantly getting false promises and lied to. Joel passes the blame and takes no responsibility, advising me its to much effort to repair the machine, When I told him that wasn’t good enough for a store that I have spent thousands at, he got all aggressive and make several racist remarks in relation to the way I sound and me being Muslim. ( When I advised I was recording the call and have it on take he got even more aggressive ) . Take your business elsewhere no one should have to deal with this kind of harassment. End up having to go to consumer affair to get them to sort out my issue, as Sydney tools refuses to look after their customers when something goes wrong.
Hopeless or clueless workshop, I have a maintenance company. I purchased a Husqvarna line trimmer from these guys, and after a few months it had an issue where it would just turn off. I called the shop that I bought it from and they sent me to the workshop, because it was still under warranty. After they "inspected" it. Apparently it needed a new carby and I had to pay 150 from my pocket, because the carby isn't under warranty. I ended up taking it somewhere else after contacting Husqvarna directly, who assured me that it was a lie. And even if it was the carby it would still be under warranty. I guess they just want your money. MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THEM. Have a great day
