Lots of staff standing around chatting at the checkouts and various places on the outskirts of the isles, but no one actually helping customers. They did have the tools I needed, so that's their only saving grace. Not sure I'd go back though.

If I could give 0 Stars I would, my online order was shipped 26 days after purchase, which is more than enough time to run down to sydney and run back to the central west with time to spare Unacceptable.
