I was served by Anthony when I went in to purchase some new work tools. He went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed. The stuff that wasn’t in stock he ordered in for me and called me as soon as they arrived so I could come back and pick them up! Great service and a great team working there. I had a little issue with one of the staff members however the manager Chad took ownership of my problem and solve it on the spot. Chad completely changed my experience at Sydney Tools. I hope their HQ will see this review and understand what an asset Chad is to Sydney Tools. His interaction with his staff and customers was outstanding during my visit.
