Store has pretty good stock, prices & good customer service. Legend Chris always sorts me out, goes the extra mile answering random questions, really knowledgeable & well informed on store products! Sydney tools also has a good points/regular customer schemes & discount schemes. Not just pro tools but value deals
Went in to take a look at something that I had my eye on online but thought I should take a look for myself in terms of the quality of a specific item. I got good service from Blake. Been so long since I’ve been to a place where I got real honest advice which is exactly what got here. Unfortunately it didn’t result in a sale because Blake was honest to tell me that in my price range the particular item I was interested in wasn’t going to be the right tool for the job. Keep it up
Had a great first time. The guys helped me find all the stuff I needed and even gave a discount due to the large number of items. Very knowledgeable and also asked a lot of questions about the work being done to make sure the right tool was going to get used.
Bought laser DeWalt for 670 a year and half ago. One of the beams stopped working. 3 years warranty. They would take it for repair but they won't give you replacement. I need the tool every day, so I am expected to buy another one in the meantime. Maybe it's too much to ask, but when you pay 670 for the tool you expect some service. I could buy on the net much cheaper and it would last for a year. And the staff are arrogant, they look down on you. Ridiculously overpriced considering the things were made in China anyway.
Introduced to Sydney Tools through an online gift card. Great range, good prices and reward scheme. Process was quick and easy, communication excellent, delivery fast. Alex Byron was particularly helpful. Definitely recommend and keen to shop instore as well in the future.
Called up to check on stock of about 800 worth of items and was put straight onto hold without any answer at all. About 2 mins later a guy picks up the phone talking about someone elses phone call and puts me back on hold. After about 5 mins i gave up. Lucky cant do less than one star.
