This is not a public toilet. The door is locked. There didn’t appear to be anyone around who could unlock it. I looked pretty hard. Re-label this location immediately. There’s nothing public about this toilet in the slightest. It’s on the grounds of the catholic cathedral and is locked in a building owned by the catholic cathedral. Get your facts straight next time.
