Started strong then slowly they didnt turn up anymore or wanted to constantly move our appointment. The last lady turned up half an hour late, ran out of supplies to clean with and left half way through...the ladies they send were lovely, its the business who treat you as a number and happily bill you for any changes you make, however they can make as many changes as they like or no show and there is no penalty to me.

The staff are friendly but I had about 5 cleans, they never once dusted...and smears on mirrors etc. If you want a very light touch tidy this is fine, but if you want your house clean then use another service.
The clean was not good, we ended up having to redo the whole place. After I contacted support, the extras were refunded but no discount on the base clean. They offered 20% off the next clean but we won’t be using again. Which is a shame because the portal is nice and easy to use (which is why I chose to use them in the first place!)
For over 12 months we had a great expereince with TidyMe, having found a regular contractor to clean our property on a fortnightly basis. When this person returned to their country we kept using the service with other contractors but the quality of cleans was not acceptable. Then one amateur cleaner damaged a brand new vacuum cleaner on a hard wood furniture scratching the powder coating clean off the unit. We appealed to TidyMe who said we could put in an insurance claim and then renegged saying it was only general wear and tear. This is despite providing eveidence that the Dyson had been purchased just 3 weeks previously. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and I would highly recommend going with a company that takes responsibility for the professionalism of their cleaners.
I get cleans every Friday for the past year with Tidyme. Tidyme cancelled every clean for the last 7 weeks and have not provided another solution like a different time or different day. I have been overly patient and overly understanding. Enough is enough. The business is definitely run by people overseas, there is no customer service at all. Dont bother, dont waste your time, save yourself the Frustration. Find another company.
I had been a loyal customer of Tidyme for more than 2 years and cleans were great for a period of time. However then cleaners kept on changing and quality of cleans gradually kept decreasing. Last two times, cleaners did not even show up. That was when I decided to cancel their service. The sad part was they did not even seem bothered to lose one of their long term client and did not make any effort at all to retain me as a client.
Booked the service for the first time. Got a cancellation moments before the allotted booking which was a huge screw around. They are slow to respond and exceptionally unprofessional. Seeing the corporate speak in all their review responses without any genuine empathy for the predicaments they're putting people through is worth noting. Would not recommend.
Im not sure where the positive reviews come from.. are they paid? Our experience was appalling. Cleaners that did not show and the ones that did were either very average and one even left the place in worse condition. I thought we had been robbed. I cancelled our account after one too many strikes.
