Service was excellent and very professional. The tea room was made fabulous by impressive ceiling and chandeliers. We were seated next to the kitchen but it was okay for us first time to try high tea at QvB. The sweets, savoury and scones were nice but the sandwiches were bland and quite disappointing. The only price difference between light and traditional teas was a scone. It was good to try high tea here although I had better ones somewhere else.

I came here for a traditional high tea experience and got exactly what I asked for. Delicious food and tea, and a beautiful atmosphere. Midway through, my friend had a mild allergic reaction and the staff and manager, Keith, responded in a quick, professional, and supportive manner and I was extremely impressed. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
Best of best high tea ever! I felt like became a queen for the whole afternoon. Highly recommended. Palate, atmosphere, service all five stars. Definitely I am going to visit here again whenever I go to Sydney. Thank you very much.
Nice place for enjoying morning high tea. Not very fancy or special signature food tho. Bit too noisy. Nice and friendly staff with good manners. Many ladies came with babies, definitely bit of crying sounds around. Bit too cold by air-conditioning. Scone and cream & jam, yumm!
We booked a reservation for 2 ppl on Monday. It was not busy at that time so it was not a rush anyway. We order 1 traditional high tea and 1 light tea. Thought that it would not be full, but it literally made us feel full. The food was amazing and delicious. Along with the tea was great as well, staff will fill up the tea pot for free. Definitely will be back someday. This could be a perfect brunch, not just a simple high tea. Recommend !!
This is where I take all my friends for their first High Tea experience in Sydney. It's the whole package of service, ambiance and good food. One of my favourite places for scones. Classic and delicious sandwiches, desserts and tea. Not to mention, the Tea Room in QVB is absolutely stunning and the perfect place for such an experience.
An absolutely gorgeous High Tea experience. Had the traditional high tea which was simply beautiful, served by the loveliest staff in a classy and elegant setting!
Beautiful place to visit and relax with friends. Exceptional service with an endless pot of tea. An excellent variety of food to eat from savoury to scones and sandwiches. Will definitely be going back again!
