There is only one word (well two) for these guys - Miracle Workers! I've been seeing various physios at Sydney Physio Solutions for a good few years but due to no longer heading to the city, I tried a couple of local physios - bad idea, most recently after 3 sessions my knees were a lot worse not better! Back to Sydney Physio Solutions and after one appointment I was way back on track, running pain free again - I can't thank them enough!

Was recommended this place by a friend and have been seeing Alex at Macquarie Street here for almost two years now after I broke my arm from doing circus silks. He’s helped me build up my range of movement and strength so much, beyond what my surgeon expected and I am so grateful for it! I especially like the way Alex Is very practical and explains the mechanics behind everything, it helps give me the knowledge and context and empowers me to really improve. My knee issues are now flaring up since I’ve been doing heaps less arm stuff, can’t wait for Alex to help me manage that now too! would highly recommend Sydney Physio Solutions they’re worth every single cent!
Post surgery rehab for my shoulder went very well with Alex Nicholson. Knows sport injuries well given background so also provides a great program to restore strength to get back into sport
I have been going here for some time. Always friendly proffesional etc. Physios have good knowledge and always flexible. Appointments if needed to be changed are arranged well in advance. Have seen Miranda and most recently Jackson, great patience from them helping me through my myriad of issues.

After injuring my back i knew I needed physio so I got in touch with Anson who I'd seen previously for a different neck injury. I got an appointment within 24hrs at a time to suit me. The city office is easy to find, and in a convenient location. The reception staff are polite, friendly, and professional. During my session with Anson we spoke about my injury and Anson quickly got to work on identifying the exact spot of the injury. I received top quality treatment which started to work during the session. I tried acupuncture for the first time. Anson demonstrated exercises to me that would help. Also I've received an email with a video of the exercise so I get the execution spot on. I'm booked in for another appointment 1 week later. I cannot fault the end to end service I have received from SPS and would highly recommend to anybody needing physio.
Consulted Anson Zhu for problems with traps and upper back from gym injuries. He was friendly, professional, and provided good pain therapy and post-consultation injury management.
Very good practice, with very professional staff with a good range of specialties. I've had several injuries over the years, and always received great treatment from them
