If you are going to charge so much, at least be professional. Patients need to be on time and can't cancel because you'll wouldn't be able to fill the slot, makes sense but when they arrive on time you make them wait between 30mins to an hour everytime. Other than that the doctors get the job done

Dr was excellent, but receptionists were terrible, especially the cash handler. Unhelpful, demeaning attitude, kept 'reminding' that they will send debt collectors after late repayments when asked if they provide options for 7000 root canal. Not spending another dime on these lowlifes.

Dr Robyn Thomas was extremely lovely and professional although my encounters with the reception staff at this clinic has scarred the entire experience. Not only did they take a week to reply to my emails regarding payment when called they were overtly rude and in their email replies were extremely passive and unprofessional. Unfortunately because of this I would not return for further treatment.

If Dr Duncan Copp, Sydney's best dentist, recommends this clinic, you know it's the best of the best. We found the team extremely professional, caring and compassionate. They redid some dodgy root canals for my wife and did a perfect job. She even fall asleep when they were treating her. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Got referred to Sydney Edodontist from my dentist to get a specialist to look at my sensitive tooth. Paid 250 for a 5 mins session telling me I have to do a root canal for another 3000. Total rip-off this place. Reception does also not respond to any email, although they obviously using email sending you a receipt. They also don't support HICAPS to process Bupa or other health provider payments.
