"Dean" (real name Fahriddin) is a dishonest, unprofessional tradesperson. He provided a quote to replace our roof which we accepted but then he kept delaying the start date. He did this for months. I actually asked him directly if he still wanted the job and he assured me he did. He continued to schedule start dates only to change them. Then, a few days before the latest date, he emailed me to simply advise he had to "cancel the job" . . . no explanation whatsoever! He showed a complete disregard for our time. Also, he has completely plagiarised the website of a roofer in Adelaide. I do not recommend.
