I'm working with Dan at Refresh Reboot to help me with my frozen shoulder. Dan's intelligent approach is helping my flexibility and I'm no longer in pain. Best of all is that I'm slowly learning some techniques which I hope will improve my posture and spinal alignment as I grow older....it's been interesting re-training and I've benefitted from private classes but will start some group lessons soon.
