Being in the services industry for over 20 years, I’m often negotiating however you demonstrated to me that negotiating in real estate is a completely different game. Peter inspected the property, gave me great advice on the price expectations and worked very hard on my behalf for a week to land me the property at well below the agents price guide. He navigated the sale negotiations for hours after the auction was cancelled. I would use Peter again to help me buy another property.
