I like the products from this shop but will not be returning - received a number of items as a gift recently and asked to swap one today for same product in a different scent (as I had the particular one I was gifted) and was told point blank that basically there is no resolution, no refunds,returns,exchanges - nothing. With so many other similar shops selling similar products you would think that gifting/exchange policy would be a little better. Assistant was not very helpful, advised could only take it back if I had had a reaction to it - I advised I would only know that if I opened the product - which I had not, and because I am not dishonest I won't say I have in order to get my preferred outcome. I must say I am disappointed in this - at the very least no returns/exchange policy should be made very clear.

I bought several products today, including a gift box which I was informed by the staff member that this gift box contained a body oil. I realised once I returned to my office that it did not contain the oil. I returned to the store to be told in no uncertain terms that the store does not under any circumstances provide a refund; adding further insult to injury if I purchased another item it would have to match the price or be above the returned item’s price. Really??? You misrepresent what you sold me and then refuse to take it back. I would have bought another item which was my intention but after buying teas and oils over the last 2 months I won't be back. Btw, I worked in retail management and I know this is against current retail legislation. What a way to lose a good customer. Possibly your top 20%.

This is my happy place in this city. I absolutely love the people that works there, they have great souls and they are full of knowledge, ready to help you with anything , healing related, pains, skin care, beautiful soaps and aromatherapy mists, and awesome tea blends. I highly recommend this little shop of magic :)

Thanks for the fantastic service. I have come in before, and Nicholas was also helpful and friendly. Yesterday Jill had given me the most nourishing mini facial and mini massage ( I had a voucher to use), and was very pleased with the experience. Peta was also great. I love coming back for my chakra balancing mist. Was even given some relax tea to try. Super thanks :)
