This store has a huge range of supplies. Staff are helpful and items are displayed neatly, not messy and cluttered like other stores. Ample parking on the roof.

Huge shop with lots of selection, but the staff there are not helpful at all. I asked a staff member to help me with a gender reveal balloon and the staff basically told me to go figure it out myself (it’s not like I do gender reveal balloons all the time). There were 3 staff members standing around at the time. And when I brought over things I had found in the area they pointed me to, they told me they couldn’t put it into the balloon. Totally ruined the excitement. Very disappointed. Btw the guys at Everything Party at Ryde was able to help me no problem at all.

What an amazing shop. This is a huge warehouse with various sections. If you can't find something just ask as the staff are really helpful and there are various sections. There is a whole section with harry potter robes and there is also an adult section for hens and bucks parties. This will be my first stop for future costume requirements.
